Default installed vortech supercharger to my 2007 GT 4.6 liter and having problems

I had my local shop install a vortech supercharger to my GT premium and had the CATs removed and a tuner came in to do a tune. They said it was done and that it was tested. I went and picked it up. It drives fine for cruising but the moment you put your foot down and the RPS climb the engine shuts down. It doesn't stall like lack of power it seems like perhaps the ECM is shutting the engine down. It starts right back up and drives as long as you do not put it under high acceleration. The shop I had install it has been going over it for 2 weeks. Every thing possible in the electronics he said he had looked at. He said it gave 2 bad readings for a cam sensor and throttle sensor which he has replaced both and seems to continue this issue. Personally I think it is a possibility that the tune somehow didn't take or was done improperly. Thought my mechanic seems very sure of the tuner. I wanted to ask here if anyone has any ideas or have had a similar situation to this or if it does indeed sound like a tune issue? Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately I don't have anything in mind. When u jam the pedal down is it b.c the traction control is still on? Or do you turn it off? Who installed the supercharger? Who did the tune?

My local shop gear heads customs installed the supercharger. They called a fellow in to do the tune so not sure who did the tune. Can the traction control actually shut the engine off entirely? For a little more detail I had it installed a bit back and it drove fine but went back and had the cats taken off for set of custom pipes. They brought the tuner back in and then when I got the car back this time is when it started having this issue.

no the TCS doesn't shut the engine off. Is that what's happening? Id say your tuner is ****. You should really get a tuner that's reputable. Brenspeed, american muscle plus many others.
