Default Extremely fast battery drain

I've got on 06 by. The alternator went out a month ago. Replaced alternator, was running fine until I was driving at night and the abs light came on, stereo shutoff, and lights started flashing on and off. Had to have it towed back to my house. Took the alternator in for testing. Says it's good. Have a new battery in there as well. Whenever I jump the car after it's running and I remove the jumper cables you can watch the battery drain on the dash gauge fast, I'm talking 30-45 seconds and then car will shut off. I've checked grounds and fuse link looks ok. Anyone that can shed some advice here. Bad sjb?

With all the electrical gremlins you describe. it points to the SJB. Is the car normally parked outside? If so have you had some rain lately? If so check the passenger side floor board for moisture. If you do the SJB got a dose of moisture inside. The cowl drains are plugged up causing water to spill inside the car.

Did you replace the battery before or after the alternator? if you replaced it before, it could already be damaged. Beyond that look for shorts to ground.

Replaced battery after alternator. I tried removing the sjb, I know it has been hit by water before, cleaned it up again.no luck. I did however notice if the fan kicks on it draws like a 1/4 of the battery gauge. Could there be something going on with the fan drawing power?

Yeah, you might be able to confirm that by testing the fan draw amperage. If it's abnormally high, there could be worn bearings in the fan motor causing increased resistance. The fan resistor itself could also be at fault.
