I'm trying to data-log my mustang and when i attempt to "check communications" on livelink, i get the response that "strategy is not found."

When i use the device and choose "Vehicle Info" is says "ECU Strategy Not Found"

When it says strategy not found, am i still able to datalog or is it telling me that livelink cannot connect to my car to datalog?

I emailed my tuner but its's the weekend but hoping i can get an answer from you guys today

 

How did you obtain the software and the Tuning device? The device is usually married to the car the tune was downloaded to.

The software is also somewhat tied to the car and it's telling you it doesn't recognize your car.

What's the tuner have to say about it?
