Default Squeaky steering wheel.

So i finally turned down the radio... and i noticed my steeringwheel is squealing... i wouldnt have notice cept i was navigating a parkinglot. sounded like screaming kids in the distance.

anyone have a squeaky sterringwheel? any ideas where to oil?

That is exactly the sound I hear. Ar first I was looking fro kids to jump oput from behind the cars, until I realized it was the wheel turning

I recently changed the angle of my adjustable wheel. (i got tired of not being able to see the odometer.) but now its squeaking. it isnt BAD. but even if its a little problem iw anna fix it.

Are you sure it's not kids squealing in the distance?

I suggest either finding another (not squeaky) tilt angle or (better) find out where it's rubbing/squeaking and lube or clear away what's causing it.

I have it also and have not been able to figure it out. Changing the tilt does seem to get rid of it so I am not sure what ford would do about it. Lord knows i do not want them tearing things apart for something i can only hear when the radio is off and only when maneuvering like in a parking lot.
