Default Shifting issue

So, I've a 2011 GT/CS, recently I've been having issue to shift into first and second gear at stop light, I have to really force it into gear. It didn't happen all the time, but when it does it's almost impossible to put it into gear. The car currently has 145k. Do you guys think it's the transmission or just clutch?

I would start by checking the fluid in the master reservoir and checking for leaks from the master and slave

I couldn't find the dip stick to check the fluid level.

The clutch & brake hydraulic systems share the same reservoir that's placed in front of the brake booster. There's no dipstick. Just remove the cap and inspect the fluid level.
If the fluid is old & darkened, you should have it replaced with fresh DOT 4 brake fluid. That alone could make all the difference.

So even I have no issue at all with my brake but it might affect the gear shift?

it will have problems going into first and second if the pressure plate is not releasing the clutch from the flywheel. For whatever reason that is.

Yes. Mind you if you have fresh fluid in the reservoir, the brake pedal will also feel a bit firmer. The fluid is hygroscopic (absorbs water) and loses its viscosity over time. Therefore it should ideally be replaced every three years, or even more frequently if you live in a very humid climate.

Thank you, I will check that out when I get home, according the Ford app it says brake was services back in 22 but again when I tried to call that place they said that VIN had never been there...
