Default Wrench light

After about 2 weeks of sitting I couldn't start my 2011GT/CS today, that resulted to jump starting the car. After jump starting, the wrench light came on, throttle was barely responding to the point that I had to floor it for it to do anything, but I was able to move back and forth. After sitting in my driveway with the car running like crap and looking stupid for awhile I decided to restart the car since the battery should have charged a little. I was able to start the car like it has a new battery, magically the wrench light ran away and everything returned to normal. Is that something I should be concern?

I'll give you the same answer I gave you on another forum. Load test your battery and possibly replace it. They start to go south after 3 years and a miracle is 5 anymore.
