I don't know much about Radar Detectors, but somebody was telling me that with the V1 everytime there is an update in the technology you can send it back and they will update it for free. As with the others you have to buy the new verson everytime the make another one. Is this true?

 

it is true, my only beef with the V1 is that is much uglier than all the other ones...lol
i know that that is a stupid reason to buy another one, but that's just me
