Default Paint ?spots?

Alright,
well I was out with friends yesterday and we decided to go and wash my car..
we get it nice and perfectly clean
we dry the entire car
we come out like 10 mins later
we see spots
so we're like hey they are just water spots
so we start rubbing them to see if they will get off
and holy crap, they didn't go away
I'm worried about what this could be... could it be an "error" in the paint job or just what
I have a black v6 and its very easy to notice...

anyone know what could be the problem

I could add pics later...

if you took it to one of those "wash it youself and we give you the stuff" places (like brown bear) it could be that seal stuff that you spray on at the end

I did it with that Mr. Clean Auto Dry...
and ya
I'm just going to go take a picture...
I've never been to a brown bear type place... I've always cleaned it myself
or went to this place called waterway... like they have machines that clean it... then they have guys who come out and clean it... inside and out.. stuff like that

brb... I'm going to go and take a picture here in a bit!

alright.. well it was too dark to get a good picture... so I guess I'll be taking them tomorrow
hopefully its just a flaw in the paint.. and not something I did

i dont think that the paint would take spots like that w/o us hearing a recall from ford, its always poassible tho
did you try to rewash it?

Clay bar it after you do a GOOD wash... if they continue to be there - take it back to dealership and complain... the dealership will try to buff them out - and if that doesn't work you get a new paintjob, which should definately be better then the factory one if they have a good paint guy!

It could be just hard water at that car wash. Mine had white spots a few times and it went away after a while especially after I waxed it.

I have a black GT. You absoloutly must wash a black car in the shade and it helps if the body is cool. You get water spots form the minerals in the water and if the water evaporates in the sun or heat. I use a water blade and a microfiber towel to dry.

Try a detailer spray after to remove any water spots, Black Magic works well.
