Guys, could someone clue me in a little on what the difference is between the Chaser and the other sequential turn signals. I guess my eyes aren't quite good enough to detect the subltle difference on the video.

Thanks in advance!
It's like this: (where 0=light and #=no light)

Sequentials =
###
0##
00#
000
###

Chasers =
###
0##
00#
000
#00
##0
###

But you're right. At the speed they have to go through their sequences, there's only a small difference. With the sequetials, by the time the third light is lit, the first two start fading out which looks very similar to the chase lights. Just watch the video a few more times and your brain will tell you that there is a distinct difference. The chasers seem to operate slower than the sequentals, but upon closer inspection, they both flashed 28 times in the video.

Okay, Michael, we are approaching a dangerous situation and I recommend evasive action...would you like me to do it for you?

Jeesh...just use a flare in an emergency situation - it's much more noticebale than gay sequential lights.

Thanks for the explanation!! I appreciate it.

Now, are the Chasers more difficult to install than the sequential "models" out there. If I recall, the Chasers involve running wire up to the fuse box. While the other "models" just require messing with the wires in the trunk. Am I understanding this correctly?

Wow... I was a little surprised to see a few think they are cheezy...

I immediately noticed a drastic improvement in people noticing that I have my blinker on.. or hit my breaks after I installed my 4Metric Chaser unit.

I personally think they do look cool -but more then that, they are considerably more noticable then the stock lights. And anything that is more noticable is also safer.
At first I thought they were REALLY Cheezy. But that's before I was behind one
that was turning. I was like WOA!!! That's the sequential tail lights!

Prof, this might be because i'm 24 but, not an ounce of concideration was put into
buying this car for saftey. It's my "Most fun/Least practical car I can afoord"

Also, I haven't seen the chasers in action on the road yet so right now i think that's
a little much. Isn't it Knight Rider Car KITT's Scanner cheezy?

HAHA...

YES... the black night Cylon light bar is VERY CHEEZY... so would putting those blue lighted windshield waster heads on the car.

But - I still love my chaser tail lights!
