Ok guys, you all are confused and making false remarks about the ABS, let me explain why.

The option you all are talking about is the ABS and traction control package. This is an option on the V6 stang.

The ABS ALONE is not an option, it comes standard

SNIP

NOW, CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG PLEASE.
I looked at the Ford wesbite, and found the pop up you linked to. The page below shows the specs with a link to the same page you offered.

www.fordvehicles/cars/mustang/features/specs

The link you showed with the brake picture is for the GT (which has ABS as standard equip), not the V6. It clearly states on the above link that ABS & traction control are optional on the V6. Nowhere does it say that ABS is standard on the V6. If ABS was standard, it would say: "Power 4-Wheel Disc with Anti-Lock System, Available with Traction Control", but it isn't worded that way, it says: "Power 4-Wheel Disc; Available Anti-Lock System with Traction Control". From the number of posts here from V6'ers who have locked 'em up, I think you are wrong about ABS being standard on the V6's. The only way to get ABS on a V6 is to get the option for both ABS and Traction Control.

You are absolutely right! Thank you for making it very clear!
