Default RE: Big Mistake

Well my Ford Dealer managed to bend my hood when I took it in for my free oil change. 2 Days without my car for them to fix it. Doing it myself for now on.

Default RE: Big Mistake

When the salesman walked me through the sevice dept when i bought mine he said they used mobil 1 synthetic for their oil changes.

ORIGINAL: wmscottmc

Would somebody (once and for all) PLEASE clear something up for me -- Will using a synthetic oil somehow void your Mustang warrantee? I see comments like this all of the time, but I see nothing in the users manual regarding synth. Is this one of those urban legends, or should I avoid synth oil??????

thanks.
