Default another wheel question

With either the 16, 17, or 18" rims do the tires have the same diamater/circumference? In other words do any of these 3 options raise or lower the car in any way?

that depends on the size of tire you put on the wheels. there are so many choices the best thing to do is go on tirerack.com and load in your car& color and you can see how each size looks on the car. it's like ponybuilder.com but mainly for wheels and tires.

depends on tire height, and just to be clear i mean the tire sidewall height. Here is a great tool for you to use http://gs.tolan-hoechst.com/tirecalc.htm
Usually/ the norm for height change is about 1/2 an inch for example going from a 255/60/16"wheel to a 255/45/18"wheel would be a height difference of 0.41"

Thanks for the link -- and if Im reading it correctly the change from standard 16" rims, to the 17" rims and 235/55/r17 tires that will come with my 'pony package' wont change the height of my car much at all, which is what is what I was hoping for. I have a steep driveway and if the car was lowered even 1" I could have a problem.
