To bad my salesperson didn't ask the service center before he tried. I can't believe the service center didn't tell me that once the replaced it.

Now if someone would come out with some replacement headrests that tilt....Maybe ther is something that would be interchangable?

Ok now that we can get the headrest and the headrest cover off... how about the seat covers?
