Default Eibach vs Saleen

Eibach springs vs Saleen suspensions, im still contemplating! Eibach is said to have the most satisfaction out of its customers, however this kit is 900 bucks, compared to the Saleen (from what I know, the name only gives it its quality) @ 800 dollars. Anybody have a preference or experience with these two set of suspension kits. I have a Mustang GT so you guys know that this piece needs handling and steering. Also another question, with the saleen suspension, does anybody know if its possible to lower car 1-1.5 inches?
-peace.

Default RE: Eibach vs Saleen

Hey, im also interested in both kits and as far as i know, the real difference comes down to height and name. The Eibach sets it a little lower than the saleen. Ive seen the saleen kit with 20s and it sits really nice. Theres probably about a 1/4 - 1/2 inch gap between the tires and body. The saleen kit when put in initially, lowers the car about 3/4 to an inch. But there springs always settle after a little driving, so yeah it would probably realistically be about an inch to an 1 1/2 inches. Let us know how it goes. Good luck.

Default RE: Eibach vs Saleen

I have eibach but when I put my SC on the steering got real heavy. I then tried the steeda comp springs but the fronts didn't drop so the backs were lower then the front's. I plan to give up on the steeda's and try the Saleen if I can get just the springs. Already have tokico shocks/struts and eibach swaybar kit so now I just want a higher rate spring with w good stance. I called steeda about my comp springs and all the could tell me was the backs should be slighly higher then the fronts(My front's are 1/4 inch higher then backs) and that I should take them out again and double check everything. I'll do it but I'm sure I didn't do anything wrong. Between helping out friends and doing mine I'v done it five times. Anyways, I'd go with Saleen's. I've heard alot of people say the ride is great.
