Default need help on bolt size

Ok, I need to unbolt the black metal hangers that run on both sides of the floor boards. It appears to be in a shape of a star(bolt). I think this is some of the vibration issue and I would like to put some foam or rubber between it and the floor board.

The nut/screw is a torx. Anyone who sells tools will have a set of driver bits that you can buy and use with your cordless screw driver. They are nice to have since so many things are now assembled using this type of fastner. I use my set quite often.
