Default Raptor Shift Light

Just received a Raptor Performance shift light....has anyone installed one of these in their car yet? Did you do it per the instructions or did you find a better way to wire it in (cleaner, less noticeable in the engine compartment, different wire hook ups)?

I had it done along with a fuel pressure gauge and boost gauge at CP Motorsport here in Vegas and thay said the fire wall was pretty thick and tough to find a spot to punch thru but they did a great job and wrapped it up nicely along the fuel rail.

I just ordered mine to fit the S&S a-pillar pods. If it's here by the weekend I'll let you know how I did it by Monday...

I too have the SOS pod with the Raptor Claw. Installation was a piece of cake. Just went through a gromet in the drivers footwell. As for the wiring, you only need one wire running to the engine compartment and that is easy enough to hide. The other two wires you can hook up in the cockpit.

Hey, again.

Was it you that had a semi-walkthrough of an install over in ModularFords forums?

I have a place I can hook up the power and ground inside the car, I just am wondering where exactly in the firewall did you go through at?
