I was also thinking of adding spacers to the car.
I've used H&R in the past. 16mm were ok for back and 10 on front, but switched front/rear on the track (FWD car)
For the stang I guess 16mm on the back and none on the front will be my first guess and then depending on the handing (steering responsiveness) add 16mm on front.
