Told the wife I wanted one for Christmas. A few days later she started a conversation bout radio reception, shorter antenna blah blah. I thought for sure she got me one. She got me new floormats instead. Later found out she had that whole conversation to throw me off track. Very deceptive of her. Man she's smart.

 

Yep the ladies can be mighty deceptive at times...

It is the Blow By Racing unit. I tried a couple of others that I got off of eBay, but the Blow By Racing is made for the car and looked the best for sure.

One note - I cannot tell any difference at all in reception. If there is any difference, it is so slight that it doesnt matter.

Looks much better IMO. Still don't know why Ford actually puts an antenna anyway. Even my wifes Expi has it in the glass......
