yellow lamin-x on fogs...not sure if i like it
#11
Thanks for the feedback as well. Its not hurting anything so I will rock the yellow fogs for a few more days and see if it grows on me. If not I will just pull it off. The great thing about lamin-x is it leaves no residue or glue on your lenses. I only paid like $15 for the pair so no real loss, I figured what the heck let me try it out. I think If i pull the yellow off im going to go with a real light tint from lamin-x. They also do tint for taillights if any of you guys are interested.

I have the Hella Optilux Extreme Yellow (XY) bulbs in my fogs. Great contrast in bad weather at night but they don'y give the entire fog lamp the yellow look during the day when they're off.

I had to post this:
Boys, meet Gladys. We did the foglights ourself with stained glass paint. DIY is forthcoming. We did the grille with sandpaper, self-etching primer, and semi-gloss; however, it needs to be powdercoated. Ford(?) made it out of aluminum or some metal for reasons I cannot fathom and the ol' rustoleum trick isn't working so hot. And it's heavy as sh***t.
Like the yellow fogs. Voted for them.
