2010 V6 badge removal

2010 V6 badge removal
I am wanting to remove the Pony badging on the front quarter panels does anyone know if these are put on using only tape or if they are also pinset? Also, how difficult would it be to have the rocker panel stripes removed? Really could use the knowledge prior to removing the badging. Thanks guys.
