if your getting dual beam it usually comes with harness if ur getting just a single low beam 35w no its not needed if you do 55w they recommend it

h13 should be your headlight bulb number....is the fog bulb the same number?

@gettingspeedy Sorry no foglight isn't the same bulb its H11

I have ddmtuning HIDs... they are plug and play
