Hmm, actually here is a true billet grille for the 2010/2011 Stang. http://www.americanmuscle.com/polish...ille-2010.html

It does not have the same look/shape as the Ford OEM Dark Stainless Grille though. :/

Yeah, I've been looking, unfortunately not much out right now... the only thing close is the Roush grille but I want to keep my V6 front looks... and I want something that will provide a nice contrast (not into blacking out my stang)... I want to 'live for now, and not tomorrow'... unfortunately my wallet is not giving me much choice in the matter, .

yeah I know, I wish there were more aftermarket mods out for our cars but there are only a few out so far. :/

Let me go run outside and see if the grille is really plastic or if I was just thinking of another part of the car.

Yep, like I thought the grille is just molded plastic. Not flimsy plastic, its pretty tough, but plastic still.

OMG. thats awesome. perfect. so i would have to take the entire bumper off to switch the grille... that kinda sucks.

i like this but it says only for GT. could it somehow fit a sixxer?

Yep, you have to remove the entire front bumper. But the work is worth it in my mind, it looks wayyy better with that grille on it.

And I think that grille you linked to will fit on a V6, with a little modifying. It should work.

I think you can just buy a GT grille surround and put it on your V6 and have the GT grille you want fit, BUT I don't want to give you bad info.

JW, did you remove the stock grill to put that in? It looks like you did. The v6 version looks as if you just put it over the stock grill which doesnt look right cus you can see the honeycoom behind it if your looking.

according to the instructions all you have to do is cut out the pony but if you do you can still see the honeycomb so i cut out almost all the honeycomb except the parts that the new grille mounted to. o and yes you have to remove the grille
