Default Light Stone Leather Issues

Hey All - my 2010 GT just ticked over to 26,000 miles and I have had a tough time with the leather on the seats. I've had the driver side seat back replaced once under warranty, and now the seat bottom is really looking warn. I've noticed that the light stone color seems really susceptible to stains from denim jeans.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Should I take it back to the dealer and see if they're replace it? Or should I: 1) just order a new seat bottom cover or 2) save up and replace the entire interior with black leather (maybe from a 2011 C/S)?

You just need to treat the leather with a good leather cleaner and conditioner. I have the stone leather interior also and I use the Meguair's Leather cleaner and the denim stains are easily removed. Just shake the bottle, spray and wipe, and the stains will be lifted from your leather.

i use lexol and a leather brush.

almost any new leather is prone to denim transfer until you break in the leather so to speak.

however i just bougth some new jeans and noticed it started leaving a lot of denim transfer.

just do a good cleaning and then condition it to protect it from absorbing it so much.

charcoal and others are the same you just can't see it as easily.

I bought her in October 2009 and since then have done three or four roadtrips to DC with it, out to the coast a few times, and up to Indy and back twice. Sad part is I live 2 miles from my office.
