Default 07-09 TPMS Sensors compatible with 10-11??

Hey guys,

I snagged a set of 07 Saleen 420S Heritage Racecraft 18's and I was wondering if I can sync the old sensors to my 2011 Mustang by using the sync tool sold on AM. Or do i have to break down and buy the new valve-stem sensors? Hoping to save myself $130 by using the current sensors, assuming they're still on the wheels!!

If you can look up the part number and they are same you should be good to go.

i think that if you unscrew the sensors some thing in there breaks and you wont be able to apply them... thats why i never swapped out the sensors on my 5.0 wheels with the ones i have right now... LOL id rather spend that money in cosmetics for my 5.0... And i ignore the TPS light on the dash LOL...

I bought 07-09 gt500 wheels, and all I did was unscrew the TPS sensor from my stock rims/tires. Worked perfectly, no light and nothing broke. Better than spending almost $150+ for something you already have...

I am keeping my stock wheels and tires for winter driving, so it'd be a PITA to have to swap the sensors over each season. Looks like I gotta break down and buy new sensors too.....
