I'm a big fan of the Eibach Pro-Kit. They really give the car a nice stance, without being too low.

I would say save your money & get yourself some coilovers... I'm not a big fan of lowering springs!! I just put a set of BC racing coilovers on my 5.0 they are great ...

I have Steeda Ultralites. They seem to do pretty nice, but my wheels are 19".

i had eiback pro kit and tokinco blues on my 05 vert and the ride was so bad i hated every minute of it. i have steeda sports with koni yellows on my car now and the ride is fantastic. The sports are pricey, but the strt konis if you can find them aren't that bad. Excellent ride quality. i will tell you that several guys in my local club lowered with ford racing springs, tried to keep the stock dampers and complain all the time that the ride is bouncy. my suggestion if you are thinking about it is to wait and do dampers and springs at once. you may need an adjustable panhard. i also know a lot of the guys reuse the stock strut mounts agian, but you are aksing for trouble IMHO since ford considers them single time use and they tend to click when reused.

THat is a good idea to do shocks and struts at the same time....but, i'm going to challenge your statement about one time use on the strut mounts.....
I've spoken with a ford engineer and he has told me and other members on several boards that they are fine as long as they don't come apart when you're changing them over.....he says if they come apart then don't use them.
Also....the strut to spindle bolts are one time use according to ford....but again.. the engineer says it's fine as long as you use a touch of loctite and proper tq specs

I still love your car btw
haha
