Default 2010 grill paint! yes-no

Has anyone had it done or DIY painted the stock fog lamp grille the same color as the car? If so post pics PLEASE. Am considering this option as the grille outside rim [blk] that holds the grille will be the seperate between the car color and the new grille paint color. Also will leave the pony black! Or anyone have the feature to post a pic of a grille torch red uising ACAD or ?
thnks.........

i don't think that would look very good imo. too much of one color makes the car visually larger

If anything, I'd paint the grille border body color like the GT/CS and GT500 and leave the center black. A body color grille would kill a lot of the depth the front end has, because it would show all the areas that do not have perforations and make the car look like it has more frontal area than it really does. But, that's just what I think. If it's something you feel would look good to you, go for it! BTW, nice color on your car. That's what I want when I get one.

Default Grille paint color input

There is only so many diff FORD car colors for the Mustang that look good...RED being one of them, dark blue, BULLIT green, Alloy metalic, black would not show up that much on those color cars. I think KONA BLUE would be just right too. Waiting for your opinion...thnks

I did have my old grille painted silver for a while, but I do agree with others that too much of the same isn't always a good thing. I decided to go back to black with the grilles and left the rest of the trim painted silver. Black grilles are a great contrast and make the front end really "pop". It's your car OP, do what you want. If you don't like it you can always go back to black....

Edit..... And you can see in my pic below what the other parts look like painted. I basically painted all of the trim silver. Definitely gives the car a different look.
