Default how do i paint my stock rims?

i just got a 2012 kona blue base v6. i would like to color my rims to either black or gunmetal. does anyone know the best method on how to do this relatively cheap? i am probably going to need all the advice and details i can get (brands, step by step, etc.) also i am not sure on what else i should start to mod on my car.

btw no underglow haha (for previous readers on my last post)

Cheapest way is plastidip. Google it.

Best way is powdercoat.

I plastidipped my wheels and spoiler. It looks good from 20 feet away or 20 mph. I was cheap and temporary which is exactly what I wanted. The finish is just a little inconsistent but its hard to do with a rattle can. I'm going to keep it on for a couple of months until I can afford to get new rims.

Like emin said powder coat is the best way, but for a cheap quick fix Duplicolor makes a rattle can for wheels

do they have some clear coat on the wheels?Would think you would have to scruff them up some or the paint would just flake off?

the clear coat gives it a bit of a shine, plasti dip drys matte, i was going for the gloss black look, dupli color black then clear coat over it, the more coats of clear you use the shinier it looks because of the added depth.
check out the link i posted below my pic, its the DIY i made for painting rims when i did it like a year ago
