Grrrr - the dealer told me yesterday that they'd rather keep the car until it's completely done, so instead of picking up my car today, I have to go in on Saturday evening and get a loaner (a Fusion) from the dealer so I can go to work next week. Not only that, but the dealer's makin' noise like I won't get it back until Wednesday.
I was going to lower the car this weekend, and now I have to wait until NEXT weekend. This makes three weeks now that $900 worth of suspension parts sit in the garage without being put on the car, AND a 2nd week without my car AT ALL.
F*ckin' bogus...
I know it's a bummer to be without your brand new car while work is being done to it that you asked them to do. Sometimes it takes a while to do a quality job.
Patience grasshopper; with the list of things you are having done it will be worth the wait.
My wife just looked out the front window and made the following observation - "Hey, you can park more than 20 of those in our driveway. You could start a club."
They gave me a Fiesta as a loaner. I actually saw some guy laughing and pointing at me as I left the dealership...
I'd point and laugh at you for driving a V6...
Just kidding...just kidding! Seriously, I'm just yankin yer chain.
She should look very nice when all the work is completed. It sucks to wait, but well worth it when it's all said and done. Can't wait to see the final pictures.
BTW, I agree, the web page looks great. Nice way to layout the progress. I wish now I had done something similar.
