so far, no. I love it! I'm going to FL tomorrow in this car (7 hour drive) so I'll see how it's holding up when I get down there. So far GREAT! I've hit high speeds with it already. With it being bolted down 8 times, the thing isn't going ANYWHERE. And it has double-sided tape too! As far as paint, it looks like Ford painted it and it was a stock spoiler. Very impressed with an eBay reseller Go for it! It's a great deal too where normally it's that listed price UNPAINTED. Figure around another ~$100 to get it painted you're looking at almost a $300 spoiler....hell no. $180 and I'm impressed!
