Run some Sea Foam through them.

Thanks for the explanation Wayne. That's kinda along the lines of what I was thinking. I suppose if it doesn't hurt anything and that's what he was after he could try it.

This is funny because there was a post about a month ago about us 05-09 owners trying to slow down the sequence like you 10-13 owners LOL...I know this doesn't help you, but scott drake makes one for 05-09 with different settings where as you can have a slow sequence or a faster sequence. This is the one I have

Kinda like busting the windshield because you have a bug on it...

Perhaps you missed that part, "it's not functioning correctly if at all", the SJB, or in this case the BCM-B will likely cut power to any it doesn't sense the correct draw from. See a few of the problem threads for these installs(on 1st gen S197s)..
