Default Will I have issues?

I'm looking at 19"x9" wheels with a +45 offset with 245/45r19 tires.... Will this work?

this is extremely close to how the oem brembo wheels fit - slightly conservative, tucked in a little bit

it will work - no problem at all. if that fitment is what you'd like, you're golden. if you want it to fit closer to the fender, consider an offset around +22 to +35. +22 being very aggressive, and pretty flush, +30 to 35 being close to flush, but not flush.

tire choice and wheel style and fitment are preferences, so if that is what you want at a price you want to pay, have at it!! it'll bolt on and work, that much is for sure. don't forget, you also need to swap over your TPMS sensors, I'd rather receive the tires unmounted.

I've never heard of a wheel or hub combination that wouldnt allow you to mount the center caps? not sure.

Not sure about fitment as I don't own my Mustang yet, but for the love of god do not put Goodyear RSA's on your car. I know you said RSA2 but I wouldn't be surprised if they are as bad as RSA's. Easily worst tire ever. Based on my experience.
