Hi. New to this forum;looks great. Had small bird collision in grille,and looks like this grille(base black plastic) just pops out. Don't want to murder it;can anyone enlighten me? Thanks.

It can be done without removing the front bumper cover, but those tabs are quite difficult to get off. I would recommend removing the bumper cover, but that's just me. Here's what's involved--I did this thread for changing lights, but it shows exactly how to remove the cover which makes it easier to get to the grille. (The tabs on the grille are stubborn and will easily break so be careful):

Thanks a bunch! Looks like I'm gonna cover the top of bumper cover with some old vinyl material,then it appears grille just snatches out. Thanks again.
