He did ask a valid question about tire width which i am curious about also, and in the 1st pic the front caliper does look more gold than my stock calipers.

Looks good, does need to be lowered. Tire sidewalls look a bit short for 18's but lowering will probably fix that.

Are those 2013 rear taillights? Also is there some type of film treatment on the headlights?

Wheels are 18x9 front with 255/35/18 and 18x10 rear with 295/35/18's. As far as caliper color...must be angle or lighting. The tail lights are stock '13 that are tinted. The car is a 2013 so, other than tint, they are stock.

The headlights and all marker lights have been tinted. The fog lights are tinted and behind the billet grille.

AAAH, your going to need to take some advice from the engineers at Ford who picked 19" rims for a reason. Looks like a roller skate. Did you get an adjustable Pann-hard bar to center-up those 295's? Those wheels would be perfect on a 05-09 but on a 2013, you might add some hydraulics and make it a low-rider. And yes I think those sidewalls are off, does your speedo still work? I bet with the flow of freeway traffic it reads 90.

I'm sorry to ramble, but in my honest opinion it looks like a skateboard. When I get my new 19" rims and tires, I'll be selling my 19"s.
