This is lowered with 19" wheels with the proper sidewall. Notice how the wheel diameter is in proportion to the car. Younger people may even opt for a 20" rim for drifting. What you have is a bad haircut that will never grow-out and I refuse to not tell it to you straight.
If I were your enemy, I would just laugh at it. Start-over.

The tires on that car are clearly not the right size, honestly looks bad with the tiny tires on it like that.

You have less sidewall on the ill fitting 18's than I do on my 20's, which are on the low end of the OEM range of tire heights (27.2-28.0") vs your 25.0" fronts and 26.0" rears.

I like the rest of the car, but ill fitting tires honestly ruin it for me.

I didn't pay much attention to the tires and sidewall, found it a little low for my taste, but sharp otherwise.

I'd drive it if I had to

Diva, should he go with 19's or would 20's look better? The 2013/14 are the barge stang like the jump to the 1971-73 land barge. Big wheel well arch needs a large diameter tire.
Front 20x255x35 9" rim Rear 20x275x30 10" rim. AM would sell you the staggered with all this but 285 on the rear. I've got to make up my mind on 19 or 20's and I'll put them on some charcoal Boss Leguna Seca rims.

Code3GT never go back to that place that sold you those tires. Sell them to an 05-09 they'll look great. At least you didn't flush your oil with a hose while the engine was running (then seizing) like the guy who is on "I'm done with this car!".
Good luck. Or think you had track pac stuff when you didn't, right Diva.

It's not about wheel size, it's about correct tire size.

I can appreciate people's opinions but honestly I never even noticed what you are describing. My husband (code3gt) has been building mustangs for over 25 years. So there's always a method to his madness. Sorry my tire size ruined my car for you just like the the fact yours is a vert and has a white stripe with a black top ruin yours for me. But to each their own that's what makes us all unique.
