Question Quarter window louvers

I have a 2010 Mustang GT that came with factory installed quarter window louvers and would really like to take them off. Anyone ever done that? If so, how?

they are just double sided tape holding them on..I bought my 12 and it had them on and I pulled them off with no problems at all and sold them.

I always find it interesting... one person's hated mode is another one's coveted mode. I love my louvers but I had to buy them.
As for removing them, most use fishing line and <carefully> "cut" them off. Are they on the glass or on the paint louvers?
