Default Front bumper clips

So it appears the bumper clip on the passenger side for the front bumper has the clips broken? The top of the bumper where it meets the fender at the wheel well is sticking out a bit. I pushed it back in, but it looks like the clip is broken as it just pulls back out. Does anybody have the part # for the retaining bracket that bolts on behind the bumper on the passenger side? Also, do I have to take the entire bumper off to replace it, or can I just remove the lower cover, remove the screws in the wheel well, and pull the bumper back far enough to put it on?

Thank you! That was quick. I wonder though. The picture looks like the clip is pretty sturdy and built into the bracket. I was thinking it was just like a little plastic tab with an ear on it. Is it likely it's not even that that's broken? The slot on the bumper is in good shape, so I just assumed the clip broke off of the bracket. Is this a common enough issue to indicate that's what happened?

It's too cold to crawl under the car now to take stuff apart to check it.
