Default Odometer lights out

The message center and system check indicators under the Tach and Speedometer have gone out in my 2011 Mustang. No other problems seen. There is probably a fuse issue here, but I'd hate to spend money going to the dealer when a fuse is blown. The owner's guide is vague in describing what fuses is responsible, if there is a fuse.
Has anyone else seen this problem? If so, what's the fix?

When that happened to my 2006 it was a fuse in the box in the passenger footwell. I can't remember which one or how it was labeled now, and it is probably different on the 2011 anyway. Take another look at the fuse description in the manual for any mention of "dashboard" or OBD. Also, check the upper power point and see if it is active, they were tied together in the 2006, along with the OBD port.
