Weird, that does look a little different?
The standard 351w and the 302 use the same timing cover. There are differences for carb fuel pumps, etc however.
I'm not real sure if that will work?
Best you can do is compare side by side, and do a mock-up (without gaskets/silicone) to see how it fits.
The water pump section looks deep to me, or is that just shadow in the pic?
