The block would be perfect. It could be a roller block so you could run ford roller lifters and not linkbar roller lifters. Either way it should be a great starting point.

nice, rebuild it with stock crank, stock rods, some aftermarket forged pistons
and ARP hardware, then throw some good $1,400 heads on there and good 351 cam
and carb and make 320-360rwhp easy.
Make sure you have a good race engine place rebuild to tight tolerances though.
'94 and newer is roller cam,
engine s/n will start with F4 and have holes in center valley to screw down the spider

depends how you look at it, its a non roller and its much weaker than the early 70's blocks.
its better than the 302 you have now so its worth it. on the other hand its my last choise for a 351w block that will be making power.
its not worth anything more than $200 complete, the heads are worse than you have now. last 351w i bought was for my 88 f150, i paid $245for a 95 roller 351w (thats includes the $80 freight charge from canada) when i swaped motors in it.
