not sure but i think you need a new k member, might need a new hood to fit it under, everything from what i have heard is compatable....but it is kind of pointless to put really restrictive pieces on an engine

It's pretty simple. they bolt right in with right swap parts.
do a search, tons of threads on whats needed.
Plan on having to upgrade all parts ( heads intake ect. ect. ) to get the power
out of a 351W it is capable of.
Yes the heads will swap over from a 302, but using 302 parts will get you 302 power.
