new springs, retainers, and valve seals...,,,im getting 500 bucks for my 302 and payin just 200 more for this motor...i think i found a good deal...this motor was never run...but estimated 330hp and 370lb/ft torque....let me know what you guys think of that for my 89 Mustang Gt hatch.

i would go with bigger valves in the heads if the budget allows

I think the engine is worth the price. You will have a good starting point and as Jasper said eventually upgrade the heads and you will need to upgrade cam also.
