no not just the block, everything including all accessories and trany (even though i didn't use any of it) but the block is a roller block

i paid $450 for mine,its a roller block from a 95 f250, engine was running before being pulled
corrected!

I found my 69 408W on craiglist for $375....my machinest said all work was done well.....good luck
