Default swap brackets

I just received my swap brackets for the accessories. For some reason my alt off of my 94 302 wont even come close to fitting. The mounts are about half a hole off and the bracket hits the alt casing. The bracket also doesnt sit flush to the mounting points on the motor. The offset hole is about 3/16" from the mount. Maybe in my sleep deprived mind im doing something wrong. They are the ford racing 351w swap brackets. Did anyone else have trouble fitting theirs?

Im putting them on a 94. I was told by the ford dealer here they will be the same. I cant even see how the ps pump and ac pump will fit onthe bracket together. Maybe im just over thinking things or probably more likely they sold me the wrong part. (been done a few times on other stuff so far ).

Yu don't use swap brackets for a 94-95. You reuse the original brackets. The swap brackets are only for a 87-93. If you local Ford dealer sold those to you telling you they would work on a 94-95 then the guy needs to read the description in his catalog better. If he is a Motorsports dealer make sure to ask him to read the description to you before leaving when you return them .

cool. Will do that when I take them back to the guy. Probably should have looked at mine first I guess. But then again the bolts are seized in place on the old motor.
Thanks
