ok im in the process of selling my engine to this guy that has a 95 mustang gt. I have a 306 with 351 heads on it. It has a carb set up. The intake manifold that i have on it right now is a 302 manifold. i believe that it will work but he is not sure that his intake manifold will fit... yes or no

 

if you have a 302 based motor, and he has a 302 based intake, regardless of the heads, if they are windsor heads, his intake will fit. If you had a 351 block, a 302 intake would not fit, or if you have cleveland heads then it would not work. The only difference between 302 heads and 351W heads is the size of the head bolts, there 1/2" holes in the 351 instead of the 7/16" holes in the 302, every thing else is identical.
