Default Crankshaft WGS 21 GA19...Which motor does this belong to?

I have a new looking crankshaft that has the following stamped onit:

"FORD"

"GA19"

"WGS"

"21"

Does anybody know what this means? I bought a new lookingF4TE block, and the guy threw this crankshaft in for the deal, but he didn't know it's application. In addition, it was in in a "Kellogg" box with a "Saleen" mailing address. (not the cereal box, lol) The oil holes are chamfered andit looks as though some material has been cut by a machine.

Thanks for any help!
