Ive been looking for an early 70's 351W block to have on hand for when my stock 302 gives out and today i got ahold of a guy selling one but he wasnt sure of the year but knew it was from the 70's. I got the casting number but i dont have it with me, i know im looking for a D0-D4 block but the casting number he gave me had 4 digits followed by D3OE it was something like 2538D3OE. All the numbers ive seen have started with the date so im not sure what the 4 digits before it are. Is this still a 73 block?
