Bore depends on the block. Your best bet would be to call RDI. HP levels anywhere from 900 to 3800 depending on wallet. I wouldn't use two different power adders. With a turbo combo expect to spend around $7500 on the right electronics package(Fast, Big stuff, then our MSD, data logger, crank trigger, etc..). Fuel system will run another $3000. A friend on mine has $75000 in his ??? ci motor. Probably near 700 ci.
in hindsight you will need a total cage, back halfed car, full tubbed rear end, biggest slicks you can find, a 9in., a lenco or powerglide, a huge fuel system, massive intercooler pipeing, like 2 aluminum radiators with like 3 or more fans pulling and pushing air, along with one hell of an bank account and being blesses by the gods of drag racing
as far as turbos go. its what ever you want sounds like to me a twin 88mm setup would be awesome or a single 101mm
A legit 7 second street car would be a world class build, I am talking well over $100 grand. The whole car would need to be NHRA certified to 25.5 rules. Plus you would then need the proper NHRA license, etc. You really don't just jump into a 7 second and drive it.
Not to be a dick, but you really need to be a little more realistic in your goals.

I drove one of my cars on the street. It was a real stretch calling it a streetcar. It would run 8.90's pretty consistant. 410W, XX trim Vortech, and a glide. I couldn't go anywhere I had to drive it over 55 or anywhere I would set in traffic. It would kill the tranny with the heat or the motor would get hot. Even with the intercooler the intake charge was pretty hot to. As for hooking on the street....lets just say it won't run anywhere near 8.90's on the street. When i got the car the previous owner had just shy of $125K in the car. The cage that is in the car won't meet the standards that are current. When built it was good to 7.50's (1996). Realistically a 10 sec car is even pretty expensive it you want it to last for awhile.
