older 392 crate engine specs.

does anyone know crank and rod material fordmotorsports used in older 392 w/hypretic pistons? and if I changed to forged pistons how much i can reasonably spray this motor?

you can still spray ~100-125 shot on hypers... just make sure your fuel stays in check

Allready hitting it w/125 shot but want to step it to 250 so i plan to change to forged pistons but want to make shur crank and rods will handle it

Crank will hold hold it. The rods should. Just be conservative on the tune.
