Default 351w engine wiring harness

I have a 94 351w out of a F150 that is complete, it's set up EFI, I was wondering if anybody knows of a stand alone ECU that can be used to run this engine? I have the wiring harness just no ECU and have had no luck finding one with the longer plug style for a manual tranny. If there is a stand alone ECU that works, would I be able to run it OBDII, to take advantage of aftermarket tuners?

Are you looking for an aftermarket standalone, or a stock ecu?

What vehicle is this going in?

I guess the best question is. What makes you think you need a stand alone ECU to run it?
