If you're going to keep the stock displacement, then a 185 head is plenty.

That'll depend on whether you're going with boost, stroking, etc. Boost = low compression. Stroker N/A = medium/high compression. Just all depends on what you want to do with the car. It's harder to hit 500 horse when you don't know what you're doing.
